Greg Allen-Baines

Greg specialises in rural and lifestyle and coastal properties, a focus that complements his long time connection to the Warkworth area, where he has lived and worked since relocating from Auckland.  He embarked on his real estate career as a salesman in 1997 and was made an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in October 2002. Greg completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) at Massey University, graduating in May 2005. Most recently in early 2024, Greg was awarded the prestigious honour of becoming a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
