Join the fun across Kumeu, Huapai, and Helensville these school holidays.

The Great Northwest Easter Egg Hunt is brought to you by Ray White Kumeu and the Northwest District Business Association.

How can you take part?

Find the yellow eggs at participating local businesses (egg hosts).
Collect six stamps on your entry form.
Drop off your completed entry form to Ray White Kumeu and go in the prize draw.

Hunt Timeline

Hunt Dates: 2 April 2026 – 19 April 2026.
Entry Box Location: 49 Main Road, Kumeu.
Entry Box Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
Prize Draw: 20 April 2026.

🐰 The Great Northwest Easter Egg Hunt 2026: Official Entry Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the hunt! We are so excited to have you exploring our wonderful local businesses. To keep things fair and fun for everyone, here are the official “rules of the game” for all participants.

1. How to Join the Fun

The Mission: Find the yellow eggs hidden at participating local businesses (our wonderful Egg Hosts) across the Northwest.
Collect Your Stamps: To enter the prize draw, you must collect six (6) unique stamps from six different participating businesses on your official entry form.
No Purchase Necessary: You do not need to buy anything to receive a stamp—just pop in, find the egg, and say hello!
The More, The Merrier: You can enter as many times as you like! Each completed form with six unique stamps counts as a new entry in the draw.

2. Timeline & Deadlines

Hunt Dates: The hunt officially runs from 2 April 2026 to 19 April 2026.
Submission: Completed forms must be dropped into the official entry box at Ray White Kumeu (49 Main Road, Kumeu).
Box Hours: The office is open for drop-offs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Closing Time: All entries must be in the box by 5:00 pm on 19 April 2026.

3. The Prize Draw

Selection: The winner(s) will be drawn at random on 20 April 2026 from all valid, fully stamped entries.
Notification: We will contact the lucky winner(s) using the phone number or email provided on the entry form. If we can’t reach you after three attempts, we may perform a redraw.

4. The Important Bits (The “Fine Print”)

Non-Transferable: In accordance with New Zealand law, prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other credit.
Promoters: This community event is proudly promoted by the Northwest Business Association and Ray White Kumeu.
Privacy: Any personal information collected on the entry form will only be used for the purpose of contacting the prize winner and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
